But for people who want a weight loss plan that suits their lifestyle, schedule, personality, and fitness goals, Dor Eckstein recommends that they come to his clinic in Tel Aviv or to make a video call for those who live far away. From there, the process begins by telling him about his past experiences, the food he wants to eat, his fitness goals, and his exercise programs.
After that, Dor will develop a nutritional menu and training program based on the data he has collected. The process includes six sessions with a follow-up meeting once a month to monitor his client’s progress.
