A fitness instructor was DEVASTATED after learning her height was not small enough for a woman to book her services.
Zara Groves, 51, was told that a potential client decided not to book her services – simply because she was a size 12.
Shocked and appalled by the comment, Zara said she broke down in tears in a very frank manner. Facebook post she titled “Do You Think I’m Fat.”
Zara said: “I’m not here looking for compliments because I know I’m not fat. I’m here because a friend told me she knew a lady who was going to book one of my. course, but she saw a picture of me decided I was too fat. “

Although she is aware that she is not fat and only wears size 12UK in her clothes, Zara said she was still upset that her skills as a fitness instructor were judged. because of its appearance.

“I was like wow, this lady gave up, all the expertise I could share with her because, in her eyes, I was too big for her. What is this world turning into?” Zara said.

Fortunately, Zara is now able to laugh at the ridiculousness of the comment, however, she felt the need to share her experience as she doesn’t think people should judge her work by how she looks.
“I’m a damn good trainer, I know that. Plus I’m 51, I’m also in perimenopause now. So if you look at me in my 20s, I had eight stones 13 to nine stones one,” did she say.
“When I was in my thirties, which I think was when I looked my best in my figure, I had 10 stones. Now I have 11 new stones, so yeah, I ‘ve gained weight but still wouldn’t put myself down for fat, ”Zara added.
Zara said she was grateful for having thick skin and asked viewers of her post if they had ever experienced a similar shame.
